Tony Bryant

Tony Bryant is the Principal of Mission Strategy Group, a government relations and strategic advisory firm based in Arkansas. An Arkansas native, Tony brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning federal government, public policy, infrastructure, aviation, economic development, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to founding Mission Strategy Group, Tony served in senior executive leadership roles with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), ultimately rising to Deputy Regional Administrator for the U.S. Southwest Region. In this role, he provided executive oversight of regional operations, congressional engagement, major infrastructure investments, strategic planning, and partnerships with state, local, tribal, and industry stakeholders across multiple states.
Throughout his federal career, Tony worked closely with elected officials, government agencies, airport authorities, transportation organizations, industry associations, business leaders, and community stakeholders to advance strategic priorities and navigate complex regulatory and legislative challenges. He is recognized for building trusted relationships, fostering consensus among diverse interests, and achieving meaningful outcomes in complex governmental and public policy environments.
Tony is a United States Marine Corps veteran and is deeply committed to serving others beyond his professional responsibilities. He is the founder of Project P48, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing beds and essential resources to children in need, and he serves in leadership roles within his local church and community.
